What kind of information does RoughRoses.com collect and how does it use that information? Non-Personally Identifiable Information

How does RoughRoses.com secure the information it collects?

The personal information we collect is stored within secure databases. How can I access, change or delete my information?


You may, at any time, access and update or remove your personal information by contacting our Customer Service Department. If you do not wish to receive information from us through email, you may always unsubscribe by following the "opt out" option from the emails you received. You may also send us an e-mail to web@roughroses.com  or call our Customer Service Department at 1-424-248-3026 and request to that your email be removed from our database. Please note that it may take up to 3 weeks for your request to take effect. Please note that even after opting out from our mailing list, when you make any purchases we will still need to contact you to send you an email confirmation, and if we have any questions regarding your order we may need to contact you by phone, email or regular mail. We reserve the right to retain in our archives any information we remove from or change in our active website database.  This information may be needed to resolve disputes or otherwise conduct administrative or maintenance functions.  Also, it may not be possible to remove all information that you have provided.  Some information may exist in non-erasable form or may be difficult or impossible to locate.
 

Is it safe to use my credit card when shopping online at RoughRoses.com?

Does RoughRoses.com market to children?

No, RoughRoses.com does not sell products to children.  The RoughRoses.com website is not directed at children.  We do not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone under 13 years of age.
